We were hired by the manufacturer of the prestigious custom Kenneth Cole bedding and the new collection of Catherine Malandrino at two BB&B locations in Manhattan. For the first avenue locations we created the idea of a "first NYC apartment" and certainly the size restriction was realisitic! We created the lit pillow towers on the sides, the faux brick wall and a custom "bed" that was only 20 inches wide to achieve the effect of a bed in the space we had. Special styling of other Kenneth Cole products carried by Bed Bath and Beyond finished the window to a T. For the 6th avenue location, we were given two large windows in which to showcase one bed that featuredbedding that appeared in the October 2015 issue of Elle Decor. and the other area showcased the rest of the collection. In order to focus the attention of the viewer in the overly large windows, Geoff designed a series of backlit receding arches to create a more dynamic display.
